You can choose to flourish at any age by making wise investments in your IRAH, and I can help you through Health & Wellness Coaching. I'm a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I received my specialized Health & Wellness Coach Training through the highly regarded Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I'm also an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach, an ICF Mentor Coach, certified Executive Coach, and certified Conversational Intelligence Coach. I have received specialized training in ADHD Coaching, Body-Centered Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practices. I currently Mentor Coach aspiring Health and Wellness Coaches in the Health and Wellness Coaching Master's Program at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Why all the certifications and training? Well, for one, I believe in science-based approaches to coaching and in having state-of-the art knowledge and coaching training, since coaching is a highly invidualized process and constantly evolving. Second, I've coached people from all walks of life -- from business executives to stay-at-home Moms -- and the common denominator in all that coaching is that regardless of the focus, there is usually some underlying health and wellness issue that comes into play at some point. I do coach in these other areas, but Health and Wellness have become the main focus of my business allowing me to take an integrative and holistic approach to my coaching.

In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
